The standard for data communication in building management

BACnet, short for Building Automation and Control Network, is the standard when it comes to exchanging information between the different components in a building automation system.  BACnet allows all advanced equipment and systems in a building management system to communicate with one another, irrespective of their function or manufacturer.

BACnet for today and tomorrow

Priva can offer BACnet solutions for both new projects, equipped with the Compri HX range, and older projects equipped with the Compri TC range. In this way, your investments in previous-generation Priva products are also guaranteed.

All Top Control products can communicate with other building systems in native BACnet using the special Compri HX BACnet Router, entirely developed by Priva. The Priva Top Control software automatically converts all variables and parameters in your Priva Top Control systems into standardised BACnet objects. This enables integration with a main BACnet Workstation (B-OWS/B-AWS).

For communication with third-party BACnet products, Priva has developed the BACnet client in the Compri HX. This way, Priva can provide complete configuration of the BACnet network between Priva products and third-party products. This guarantees the continuity and compatibility of existing systems, without having to install an entire new control network.
